For over ten years, Peggy has been creating designer handmade jewelry that has caught the attention of TV's Private Practice, Grey's Anatomy, Without a Trace, Buffy, the Vampire Slayer, and publications such as Oprah Magazine and Lucky. A stark contrast to her beginnings as a Chemical Engineering major at UC Berkeley, Peggy's handmade jewelry design began with inspiration from the artisans on Berkeley's famous Telegraph Avenue.
Peggy's jewelry designs are deceptively simple, featuring artisan craftsmanship mixed with contemporary approaches to contrast, color, texture and composition. She uses beads, gemstones, vintage findings, charms and chain in her work. Whenever possible, Peggy works with US-based manufacturers and sources that believe in green eco-friendly practices. Her metals are 14k gold-filled, gold plated silver, sterling silver, fine silver, Bali silver and real karat gold.

This is Kelsey Hirsch's Bands4RAINN project. What started out as a Bat Mitzvah project is now a full fledged charity effort. She is raising money for the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (www.rainn.org) and is selling Bands4RAINN for $3 each. You can purchase a band at store.rainn.org or make direct donations at rainnmakers.rainn.org/bands4rainn
Not only has Kelsey been receiving positive and very moving feedback of appreciation from survivors and supporters of RAINN, but she has even been getting well-deserved praise from the CEO of RAINN, Scott Berkowitz and his RAINN co-workers too. In fact recently, they were so impressed with Kelsey’s Bands4RAINN project and her efforts for helping RAINN, that they honored her with this year’s HOPE Award. This award is not given to just anyone, but to very special recipients that have gone above and beyond to help their charity. Previous recipients have been: KaDee Strickland, Mick Foley, and Shonda Rhimes (creator of ABC’s Private Practice and Grey’s Anatomy).
Thank you Kelsey for your support to RAINN! We truly appreciate it!

One-fourth of critically acclaimed LA band The Rescues, singer-songwriter Kyler England strikes out into bold new territory with Electric Hum, a solo collection of 10 emotionally charged songs and a vivid sonic palette equal parts organic and electronic.
Her latest CD was produced by Bill Lefler (Ingrid Michaelson, Cary Brothers, Laura Jansen) and paid for 100% by fan contributions through a highly successful PledgeMusic campaign.
England took a hiatus from her solo career to focus on The Rescues upon being signed to Universal Republic in 2009. “It was a whirlwind couple of years,” she says. “When I had some quiet time in January 2011, the songs started pouring out.”
Kyler’s songs have appeared on numerous TV shows including Vampire Diaries, One Tree Hill, Switched At Birth, Ghost Whisperer and Army Wives, and in the feature film The Lucky Ones, and her collaborations with DJs have been featured on Armin van Burren’s “A State of Trance” compilations and radio shows.
She has toured the country many times, opening for Sting, Annie Lennox, Avril Lavigne, Kelly Clarkson and more; she’s also played the Toronto Film Festival.
Electric Hum hit iTunes on 10.25.11 and went humming straight into the Singer-Songwriter chart Top 30. It was named #1 Indie Album of 2011 by Examiner.com and included in Amazon's Digital-Only Faves of 2011. A sign of things to come, Electric Hum is just warming up.
Thank you Kyler for your support to RAINN! We truly appreciate it!
